The Total Academy aim is to contribute to the high quality Hospitality Apprenticeship experience for the both the Apprentices and the host Employer. Our unique concept is to provide employers with apprentices who have already acquired essential knowledge for them to achieve within this fast paced industry. All our apprentices undertake specific training within our company hotel where they gain the skills and knowledge for their chosen area within hospitality. 

By providing a “hassle free” service that achieve simplicity in recruiting and training apprentices so creating long term jobs for exceptional talented people.

The Total Academy is a unique employment model and training agency which enable employers to welcome new talent into their business by means of hosting apprentices within their company.  Throughout the Apprenticeship the applicant can either remain an employee of the Total Academy or be recruited by the employer after a specific agreed timeframe. 

Where the apprentice remains employed by The Total Academy (from recruitment through to the achievement of their Apprenticeship) we manage all HR issues, payroll administration and performance reviews on behalf of the host company.  We also provide supervision and additional support for the Apprentices where needed plus co-ordinate and manage their “off the job” training schedule with our partner company Blue Training UK Ltd.

For this service, companies pay Blue Training a fee based on the wage agreed with the host and our management fee. It’s an all-inclusive cost agreed on an individual basis. Before placing the apprentice with a host company, we agree clear terms of business between all parties including training providers.

We’ll also work with companies to ensure long-term opportunities for our Apprentices. Where ever possible, we encourage host employers to offer full time employment after the apprenticeship, ensuring companies not only get the employee who already knows their business but an employee with company loyalty from having been part of the team.
