How do I find a course on Blue Training’s Website?

We have made the process very easy! If you know the course subject name simply enter this information into the Find a Course button. If you are just searching for a subject area, click on one of the subject categories or use the Search function by typing in key words.

What if I can't find the course I want or am not sure what to look for?

At Blue Training we understand that everyone is different and we may not have a course pre designed for you today. This is why we have designed our bespoke section to cater for your needs. Simply fill in our enquiry form and we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your specific requirements.

How do I book a course?

How does Blue Training select its Trainers?

Blue Training selects the most competent, qualified and occupationally educated Trainers from senior levels of their specialised industry. All of our Trainers go through our rigorous selection process and are qualified to industry standard.

How do I pay for the Course?

Payment for a course must be received within 28 day period from the course being booked or 5 working days before the training day, whichever is sooner. Blue Training accepts the following payment methods:

  • Electronic funds transfer (BACS)
  • Debit card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro, Switch)
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa)

How do you evaluate your courses?

Blue Training puts the learner first. That’s why we will evaluate your experience in confidence on the day of training while the experience is fresh and the feedback is honest. Course Evaluation is used to keep the content exciting and fresh while making sure that the key learning outcomes and transfer of knowledge have been achieved to a very high level.

What If I want to cancel my course?

Blue Training understands that cancellations happen on occasions. If you need to cancel a course you must notify us by email, quoting your name, course name and event date. Unfortunately we cannot process verbal cancellations. The course will be cancelled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the original booking found on the Booking Form. Where refunds are due they will be transferred back to the original card or bank account on which the booking payment was made, and an email notification / credit note will be sent to you as confirmation of the cancellation.

What if a Training provider cancels a course?

Fortunately this is rare. In the event of a cancellation the Training provider will re-arrange the booking at another date and time acceptable to both parties. If this is not possible Blue Training will reimburse the value of the course booking in full.

What is a 'provisional' booking?

Once we have received notification that you would like to attend a course on a specific date, we will contact the Trainer and book your course on a temporary basis until we receive payment for the course.

What happens after I have made payment?

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email with details relating to the course. Further details, including Joining instructions, venue information, timings and pre-course work (if required) will be sent to you after payment and before the course date.
